Need to get away from it all? Nestled in the heart of the Cheshire countryside with stunning views you can find our self-sustaining log pod. Built from natural materials, and situated on our rural farm, our alternative to camping means no fuss, no putting up tents in the rain and no irritating instructions.

The Bull’s Head in Kerridge serving excellent food and beverages is just a 5-minute walk from the pod (Open Wednesday to Sunday only). In Bollington village itself, you can find a choice of restaurants including Italian and Indian options. As well as this, there are choices of takeaways available to you.

Included in your stay is bed linen(sheet, duvet, 2 pillows and slips), heating, cutlery, plates, a camping stove and frying pan, outdoor chairs, all the necessities for a good cup of tea, a starter pack of firewood (for the outdoor firepit), solar powered lighting (which is also handy to charge a mobile phone with) and an eco-friendly toilet. This is VERY easy to use, demonstrations are not available, however, instructions are.

In the farmhouse, situated a short walk down the field, a bath/ shower is available for a small fee.

Should you not want to start cooking when you arise from your fantastic night’s sleep, a farmhouse breakfast using local and fresh produce is also available. Speak to your hosts Alan and Brenda regarding pricing for this.

Our check-in time is from 1:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.

The prices are now £65 for 1 night and £60 for 2 or more nights. Payment by cash only.

This place is alittle gem, the owners are so lovely the place is clean and the breakfasts are amazing. We have used them several times and always will, even better they are dog friendly.
Red Oaks Farm has quite afew animals too as well as the sheep and cows they have chickens, doves, ducks, peacocks, emu's, larma's and family dogs a great place.

Absolute gem and find this place fantastic little farm. hosts are excellent so warm and friendly the pod we stayed in was absolutely amazing and stunning views all round everything you need in this little pod eco toilet on site and plenty of cooking equipment provided well as fire logs for the outside fire pit seats to sit outside on very comfortable sleep night out under the stars of you want that come here friendly sheep around keep you company at night I wish I could give them more stars thankyou for such a stunning stay we will definitely be back again.

Stayed in the log pod last night, and had a really lovely time. Brenda was welcoming and drove us herself to the log pod upon arrival. Log pod itself spotless, in a lovely location and full of all necessities. Beautiful surrounding area too with plenty to do.

I stayed in the log pod on the Saturday. I would like to say was probably the cutiest one I've ever stayed in. I booked it for me and my partner and we really loved it. Its on its own, in the farm fields with a cosy fire pit, all logs provided and even fire lighters to get it going. Tea and coffee with hot chocolate and even marshmallows. All the little bits added up and I would highly recommend a stay here. Brenda and Alan were lovely and I shall be visiting again.
