Red Oaks Farm Bed and Breakfast achieved the ‘Enjoy England’ Silver Award in 2008 alongside our 4 Star Award graded in 2006. The Enjoy England quality ratings give you a clear indication of accommodation standards, cleanliness, ambience, hospitality, service and food. Using a clear star rating system (1-5 stars), they provide the reassurance you need about what to expect before you arrive.

Our Traditional Twin Room provides comfortable and quiet accommodation. Scenic views over the fields, en-suite shower room, central heating, television with Freeview, bedside reading lamps, dressing table and mirrors and numerous electric points. Fresh Linen and towels are provided during your stay.

Breakfast Room
Our breakfast room comfortably seats 8 offering a selection of cereals, fresh fruit juice, and full-cooked breakfast most of which is local produce or from the farm itself.
Family Bathroom
The shared family bathroom is available to all residents. Fresh towels and constant hot water are always available for a relaxing soak after a day of hiking in the hills.
WiFi Available
WiFi is available on the farm and BT signal strength is very good in all the rooms. A small token charge may be required for those with high download requirements, otherwise, for standard usage, this is free to all residents.
In addition, most mobile signal strengths are reasonably good, especially Vodafone due to a local mast in Bollington placed on the Adelphi Mill.
